The club, on Station Road, Parkeston, wants to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment.
The application, submitted to Tendring Council, proposes the new hours would extend from the current 11pm to midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The change would also apply to Sunday evenings associated with the early May, spring, and summer bank holidays.
Residents who wish to comment on the proposal can write to the Licensing Section at Tendring Council.
Letters can be sent to the Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex CO15 1SE.
Alternatively, they can be delivered in person to the council offices at the Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton.
Representations must be received by the licensing authority by August 21, 2026.

The public register, which includes the application details, is available for viewing during normal office hours at the same location.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
Those found guilty can face a maximum fine of £5,000.
