A-level students across Great Dunmow and surrounding areas are celebrating this year's results.

Students at Helena Romanes Sixth Form in Great Dunmow are celebrating an outstanding set of A-level and BTEC results.
The students have secured places at top UK universities, competitive degree apprenticeships, and employment opportunities, with the majority of Year 13 students accepting their first-choice options.
Russell Milne, director of Sixth Form, said: "It is wonderful to welcome our Year 13 students back to collect their results.
"They have worked extremely hard and shown immense discipline to achieve these results.
"Whether they are heading to university, starting employment, or embarking on degree apprenticeships, we are incredibly proud of their tenacity and ambition.
"The entire sixth form team and teaching staff wish them every success in their next steps."
Among the individual success stories was Jasper, who achieved A grades in business studies and economics and a B in geography.
He plans to study urban planning, design and management at University College London after a gap year.
Finlay earned A grades in psychology and criminology, a B in the Extended Project Qualification, and a Distinction* in health and social care.
She will begin a law degree at the University of Exeter in September.
Emma secured a highly competitive law degree apprenticeship after a rigorous five-step interview process.
James, who achieved an A in economics and Bs in geography and history, will begin a business development and accounting degree apprenticeship with First Intuition.
Rufus, who earned Bs in history and English language and literature and a C in economics, has already started an accountancy degree apprenticeship.
Evan, an international swimmer who has represented England, secured a place at the University of Stirling to study sports psychology while training on a swimming scholarship.
Faith achieved an A in art, a B in criminology, and a Distinction* in health and social care.
Sam earned a Distinction in BTEC business studies.
Mrs Du Toit, assistant head of sixth form and head of Year 13, said: "I couldn’t be prouder of this year group.
"They have demonstrated true resilience and ambition in achieving these results, and I wish them all the best for their bright futures."

Felsted
Felsted School is celebrating the success of its sixth form students.
Students achieved strong results in A-levels, BTECs and the International Baccalaureate.
In total, 60 per cent of students achieved A*-B or equivalent grades across all sixth form pathways.
George Masters, acting head at Felsted School, said: "The class of 2026 should be incredibly proud of the dedication, determination and enthusiasm they have shown throughout their time at Felsted.
"Their examination results are an important achievement, but they represent just one part of the contribution these young people have made to our community through sport, music, drama, adventure, leadership, service and countless other pursuits.
"It has been a privilege to see this year group grow into confident, thoughtful and ambitious young people, each developing their own talents, interests and aspirations along the way.
"We are delighted to see the exciting opportunities that now await them and wish every member of the class of 2026 every success and happiness as they take their next steps."
Nearly a third of all entries across A-level, IB and BTEC courses were awarded A*-A, while 85 per cent achieved A*-C.
Among the school’s top-performing students was Logan Clayton, who earned four A* grades in further mathematics, mathematics, physics and computer science.
Logan said: "I’ve had some great memories from my time boarding at Felsted.
"It’s really helped make strong connections with other students and friendships, and having a resident tutor on hand was immensely helpful."
He will now go on to study mathematics at the University of Bath.
The results have opened a wide range of opportunities for this year's leavers, with students securing places at leading universities and prestigious apprenticeship programmes in the UK and abroad.
Popular destinations include Oxford, Durham, Bath, King’s College London and University College London.
Students will go on to study a variety of subjects including maths, philosophy, politics and economics, and business management.
So far, 90 per cent of students have secured places at their chosen university, degree apprenticeship or employment destination.
Of Felsted’s top set GCSE pupils, who represent the equivalent of a grammar school intake, 61 per cent of all grades were A*-A and 92 per cent were A*-B across all pathways.
