A crash has brought traffic to a standstill on the A12 in Essex.
The collision occurred between junction 12 Mountnessing and junction 13 Heybridge on the Colchester-bound carriageway.
The carriageway will remain stopped until Essex Police can remove the vehicles, National Highways said.
There are currently delays of 20 minutes on the approach and two miles of congestion.
