Police halt traffic due to incident (Image: Public)
Traffic is beginning to build after an incident on the A12 near Chelmsford.
Police are on the scene on the Colchester bound carriageway where some debris appears to be in the road.
According to the traffic map there are delays in the area.
The full nature of the incident is not yet clear but Essex Police has been approached for a comment.
