Crews are on the scene of a grass fire which has broken out next the M25 near Brentwood causing severe delays for drivers.

One lane closed between Junction 28 and Junction 27 due to a fire by the side of the road with smoke blowing across both sides of the motorway.

The fire service are at the scene extinguishing the fire and it is affecting both sides of the carriageway.
