BRASS bands filled the air with music for the third performance in Saffron Walden's bandstand season.
CSD Brass and Epping Forest Band performed at the bandstand in Jubilee Gardens as part of Brass Band Week.
Chris Lawrence, musical director of CSD Brass, said: "We were delighted to be performing again in the beautiful market town of Saffron Walden."
Keith Schroeter, musical director of Epping Forest Band, said: "We have had a busy and successful year so far.

"The band has been promoted to the Second Section, qualifying for the National Brass Band Finals, which takes place in York this September.
The Bandstand Sessions, organised by Saffron Walden Town Council, continue every Saturday until September 5.
Hadstock Silver Band and Bishop's Stortford Band will perform on Saturday, July 11.
