A NEWPORT music festival raised thousands of pounds for a disability charity through a weekend of live performances.
GaynorFest marked its 10th anniversary at the Coach and Horses pub , raising £2,700 for Essex disability charity Accuro.
Sue Fishpool, fundraising and communications manager at Accuro, said: "It is difficult to express just how much the impact of the funds raised at GaynorFest means to the charity and the local families that we support."
The festival, founded and organised by resident Gaynor Armitage, featured a full band day followed by an acoustic and singer-songwriter day with performances from Sorry Not Sorry, Sakara, and Elliott Porter.
Over the past three years, GaynorFest has raised more than £5,700 for Accuro through similar events.
