New gym and well-being hub could open in Lawford

Dynamic Recoveries has put forward plans to create the centre in Riverside Avenue West.

The business currently works out of Live Fit Gym, in Causeway End, and hopes to expand its operations with the new hub.

The industrial site was formerly used by Mobile Mini East Anglia for haulage containers.

The application says: "Dynamic Collective aims to bring people together through movement, recovery and performance.

"Building on our strong reputation for high-quality, evidence-based care and a loyal client base, we are seeking to expand into a larger warehouse facility to create a fully integrated wellness destination."

The hub would include a private healthcare clinic with massages, physiotherapy and acupuncture, which could be expanded to a private GP.

There would also be an exclusive gym with flexible opening times, cardio equipment and strength training equipment.

The applicant aims to include Pilates, running clubs and walking clubs as well as two outdoor padel courts.

If plans are approved, the gym would cater for between 55 and 60 people every day.
