A major route in Essex has been left partially blocked due to a broken down vehicle.
The incident has been reported on the northbound A12, and is affecting traffic between Junction 21 for Witham South and Junction 22 for Witham North.
Delays are beginning to build, with congestion stretching back towards Junction 19 for Boreham.
Drivers are advised to allow for additional time if travelling through the area.
